The Mission of the Arkansas River Cities Sports Commission (ARCSC) is to serve as the leading and coordinating voice for sports marketing, sales and promotion in Central Arkansas. As such, ARCSC will endeavor to increase the economic impact of sports and related events in the community by marshalling, selling, and promoting the totality of Central Arkansas's collective resources.


Little Rock, Arkansas's Capital City, is a magnet for great sports events on a state, national and global level. War Memorial Stadium hosts two Arkansas Razorback football games each year, plus the state's high school championships and other college match-ups. The new Jack Stephens Center on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock is home to the UALR Trojans basketball team. The American Taekwondo Association's international headquarters is based in Little Rock, and the city hosts their World Championships every year. Championship fishing on the Arkansas River has drawn national fishing tournaments including Bassmasters Legends.




North Little Rock is home to many great sports facilities including Alltel Arena, Dickey-Stephens Park, and Burns Park, which are enjoyed by teams and spectators from all over the United States and the world. Teams, coaches, families and spectators love coming to North Little Rock for their sports events because our community welcomes them with open arms.
